1. Full Refund for Unopened Items: If you need to return new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery (excluding shipping and handling charges), we offer a full refund, minus a 15% restocking fee.
2. Damaged or Not as Advertised Items: If you receive an item that is not in the condition as originally advertised or has been damaged during transit, rest assured that you can return it to us at no cost within 1 day of delivery, and you will receive a full refund.
